  1. Print Extra Payment Details on blank paper instead of voiding check stock

    If a check has more detail than there is space on the check stub, a separate piece of check stock is voided and the number of checks put into the printer is not enough to complete the run.

    It would be helpful if instead of wasting check stock, extra lines of detail would print on plain paper after the checks are printed.

    OR

    If the system could tell us how many pieces of check stock are needed for a run as well as the number of checks to be printed.

  2. Offer a PDf form for escrow project statments

    Offer a PDF form for the escrow project statments. This would allow them to be customized and would also look much better.

  4. contract cert. of funds

    Your should be able to certify fund right on the contract maintenance screen when adding a contract. It seem arbitrary to go to a separate screen.

  5. The ability to do a PO/transaction inquiry by amount

    Many times my treasurer is looking for a specific amount that makes up the difference between two reports. Finding this amount would be so much easier if we could type in that amount to see if any line items/checks/PO's come up with that exact amount.

  6. Custom Expenditure Reports

    Allow Excel Format to be able to use Print Control Totals such as by Fund, Print Subtotals for Departments and Print Page Break After Department. Have the ability to check or not check these functions when using Excel Format. When using the Landscape function it is allowed.

  8. Uploading an Excel File to a PO

    I want to be able to created an excel file and then when I'm done just convert/upload to our PO system. This would eliminate me typing the same things twice.

  12. Override quote/bid thresholds if state contract/co-op field is filled

    If using quote or bid thresholds, requisitions must have 2 quotes entered on Page 2 on Requisition Maintenance screen before 1st approval is allowed, regardless if a state contract or a co-op is utilized. But this defeats the reason for utilizing a state contract or co-op! If the St. Contract No. field has a value entered, it should override the requirement for 2 quotes. This frustrates first approvers who should be able to approve state contract or co-op pricing. I also think those who enter requisitions should be the ones to overcome the quote threshold, not first approvers.

  13. Ability to assign expense account to a Vendor

    If a particular vendor can be assigned an expenditure account it would ensure consistency in A/P coding. For example, we have a vendor whose expenditure code will ALWAYS be 100-xxxx-xx-xxxx. If the A/P clerk already had the code assigned to the vendor there would be no mistake as to where a P.O. should be expensed.

  16. Add the option to exclude zero balance line items from the budget prep and worksheet

    Create an option (check mark box) to exclude zero balances from the budget preparation and budget worksheets. This will shorten the report, and make it much easier to review. It will also help prevent data entry as we try to navigate through all the zero accounts.

  17. Add filter options for printing reports

    When printing reports such as expenditure or revenue transaction reports, more filter options would be helpful, such as by dept, by CAFR, etc., so you can limit your report to specific needs.

  18. Automatically populate PO with Developer escrow info instead of creating a new Vendor

    I would like the ability to generate a developer escrow refund without having to create an entire Vendor account to issue the PO. If you could just have the PO populated by the Developer escrow account information it would keep the number of unnecessary/unused Vendor accounts that would only be utilized once for the refund of escrow funds.
