Printing of two page PDF POs
Have the ability to print non-collated PDF POs for 2 page (or more) POs. Currently, Edmunds prints non-collated (1,1,1,1 2,2,2,2) which works for our pre-sorted pre-printed colored paper. It was recommended that we switch to PDF POs, however the only option to print is collated (1,2 1,2 1,2 1,2) which prints on the incorrect color paper for type of copy printed.

Option in Check Register to list checks by check amount.
I would like the ability to run the check register by check amount
in ascending order.3 votesThe check register can be printed to excel, then sorted by the check amount.

Grant Transactions: Tracking items submitted for reimbursement
We would like the ability to have a field to track if grant items have been submitted for reimbursement. This would also need to be displayed on Grant reports such as the Transaction Audit trail.

Would like to have an option to reverse an Inventory Batch through the special routines function "Reverse Finance Batch Routine."

Ability to run the Budget Transaction Inquiry report with a control totals option
Unlike the “Account Status/Transaction Audit Trail” , the Budget Transaction Inquiry allows you to show when specific transactions are posted in the system. I use the “Budget Transaction Inquiry” screen to make sure that all grant items which were approved within a specific period are actually posted in the system.

Expenditure account status report with drill down
Add drill down function to expenditure account status report similar to Revenue Account Status report functionality. Further, ONLY include within the drill down transactions that are added to make the total YTD expenditure total for the account. Various transactions that do not effect the final YTD total that is reported in financial reports should NOT be included in the drill down for the expenditure.

Fixed Assets Custom Report
Ability to create a custom report from Fixed Asset fields much like a custom report for other finance modules, payroll, expenditures, etc. The custom report should be capable to be exported.
3 votesThe fixed asset listing goes to Excel and exports all static information. It’s a limited amount of information so the columns can be easily deleted if it’s too much information.

Add a tab to Vendor Maintenance for Insurance Info, Expiration, etc.- similar to Customer Maintenance
Many towns track this information to make sure Vendors on municipal property have the correct coverages. It would be useful to be able to track this information for liability purposes and to ensure the town is protected and using eligible vendors.

Enhance Purchase Orders
Adjust PO's to include YTD encumbrance totals for each vendor.

Prior year AP PO's
Prior year AP PO's should not be allowed to post to current year dates. At the very least a warning should pop up to alert the user that they are creating a line item for the prior year and the date is not in range.

In the PO need to have the description on the line item to print out on the checks
The line item description in the purchase order module should print on the checks.

Option to include "Sub Account Detail" on the GL Trial Balance and Income Statement
Have an option to include subsidiary ledger accounts on the Trial Balance and Income Statement reports. This option should display the YTD totals for all accounts in Sub Ledgers that are linked to GL Account. For example, If GL Expense Account is Office Supplies Expense and there are 4 sub accounts in the Expenditure ledger, all 4 Sub Accounts should be displayed and subtotal for that GL Account.

Account Posting Hold
Add a check box on account maintenance screen to stop any posting activity against an account (budget, revenue, G/L) to temporary or permanently freeze any activity for different reasons. This would be useful at end of budget year when department heads use up available budget balances. Normally administrators post a fake requisition to prevent activity.

G/L Trial Balance
Create a new "Report Type" titled "G/L Trial Balance Balance with Condensed Period Totals with Detailed Manual Entries". The report will provide most information necessary to prepare NJ audit report supplemental exhibit statements directly from the Edmunds general ledger. Please seek out feedback on this idea from NJ Auditors not part of the community forum.

Requisiton listing by user ID / requisition listing
We purge our requisitions after they have been converted into POs. The comptroller needs to see requisition listing by user ID for open requisitions for her approval before they can be converted into POs. The reason we purge them is so that the comptroller only see's open requisitions in the requisition listing by user ID. However when purge is done, requisitions start at number 1 again instead of carrying on the number from the last req number used. We want to be able to run the requisition listing by user ID to include open status or have the requisition listing…
