    When running Abbreviated Account Status report, it will be very helpful for our auditors if you were able to print to excel??

  2. Requisition Approval App

    Right now you can use the requisition approval app to first, second and third approve a requisition using your cell phone. However, if you are third approving a requisition you do not have the ability to also run the build po from requisition. If you are not close to a laptop you are still doomed and just because it is third approved it will not generate a po until you run that separate report. It makes it very hard when you and another staff member are the only 3rd approvers and you are off and not close to a laptop…

  4. MICR Checks - Signature files on printer vs. local workstation

    Currently signatures for laser check printing have to be a font in the Windows fonts folder on the local computer for any workstation that prints checks. It would provide better security if the signatures could be pulled from the MICR printer.

  7. Claimant Certification On File checkbox

    In the Vendor section, is it possible to create a check box for “Signature on File.”

    Then, link this data to the Purchase Order template, the “Claimant’s Certification and & Declaration” section would then be populated with “Signature on File”.

  8. Vendor 1099 Correction/Replacement File

    Add an option to create a correction and/or replacement 1099 magnetic file to be submitted to the IRS if there are corrections to vendor(s) 1099's.

  9. Inventory Listing to Excel

    Would like to have option to export Inventory total values (including Qty on Hand, Avg Unit Cost and extended values) to excel. Currently only the inventory Gl Reconciliation Listing goes to excel.

  10. Add the ability to print out Form 1099-S - Proceeds from Real Estate Transactions.

    It would great to have the ability to also be able to generate and print the Form 1099-S forms for the right-of-way and real estate transactions.

  11. Add a status field on tracking ID's

    Please add a status button (active or inactive) on tracking ID's. When a vehicle is sold or a project is over, it would be nice the inactivate what is seen in the tracking ID listing on screen. The tracking ability would not be erased. The screen report would display only the active Id's unless the show/hide inactive button is pressed.

    Fixed Assets to Be able to be duplicated like a P.O. Can. Right now we have to input each asset individually even though there are multiple assets with the same description.

  13. "Hold Until" status in Requisitions.

    "Hold Until" status in Requisitions. The approver could add note in the status reason. It may be vendor forms, Federal ID/SS#, bond, insurance for contractor, etc. The user would get the notification when he/she open their Edmunds. This would save time with placing telephone calls or sending emails to employees. More than likely, the purchaser is usually the employee speaking with the vendor.

  14. Add an option to Email and Print POs when creating from Requisitions

    Currently if there is an email on the vendor maintenance (and the box to email PO is checked), the PO is emailed to the vendor and we have to manually print the POs one by one from the PO Maintenance screen. We should be able to print the POs (since we need the Finance copy printed for our files) as well as email them to vendor automatic when creating POs from requisitions.

  16. I would like to be able to omit cash accounts that have been closed from the trial balance.

    I would like to be able to omit closed cash accounts from the trial balance as well as financial statements. To present an easy to read organized balance sheet I have to import to excel and clean it up manually.

    Navigating the Purchase Order Quick Entries Screen: When tabbing through fields, it needs to be more logical. The Sales Tax fields should come AFTER the Vendor is entered not before.

    Fixed Assets- The Fixed Asset Listing by Class Report Should include the Annual Depreciation Amount for the current year under the Annual Depreciation Column and should not include amounts for fully depreciated assets.

  19. Allow transaction reports to total by GL (or budget or expenditure) account number when printing to excel.

    As far as I can tell your system basically does not have a Detailed General Ledger Report that we can print that includes account totals in excel format. When choosing excel it only prints the transactions...no account totals. The totals do print when we print to screen but we can't use the pdf format to send to the auditors. It has to be in excel or notepad format. Please make the reports available in excel in the SAME formats as print to screen. We don't have time to sort and total 30,000+ lines of transactions by Account number.

    Vendor Email Address needs a larger field to accompany all email addresses, as well as the ability to send remittances to multiple email addresses per vendor.
