  1. Change the employee time entry with no time sheet entries to an option instead of automatic.

    Employees with NO time sheet entries are automatically entered into payroll processing by the system....It pulls the number of hours as shown on their hours ID and creates a time entry for them. This is a serious problem...especially when entering new employees into the system as they may not yet be eligible for a paycheck by the upcoming payroll processing period. If they don't have a time sheet entry and approval, a warning would be nice but don't automatically add hours for them and throw them into payroll processing. Please fix this....allowing the system to pay employees that don't have…

  2. Add an error code to warn that there are entries on time sheets still in draft mode for all type (part time/seasonal, etc.) employees.

    System currently warns if hours are entered on time sheet but not submitted for full time employees.... but not for other type employees such as part time or seasonal. Please update the warning to include all pay types. Thanks.

  3. Unique Tracking ID that can be applied to only 1 active employee

    We would like to have a unique position id that can only be applied to 1 active employee - this will help in budgeting and assigning approved positions to employees as they are hired.

  6. Password encryption on paystub emails

    Edmunds should support a feature for password-encryption on accessing paystubs when e-mailing. This would add a level of security to our employees personal information such as their name, address and pay.

    Under Void payroll check routine the radio button to void and replace is there but, it's not a functionable process ?

  8. Additional Parameters when entering time and attendance

    Please consider adding time period restraints to certain codes in the attendance and payroll modules. For example, an employee is assigned to a six month probationary period, he requests 8 hours of annual leave. The organization's personnel policy stipulates that probationary employees are not afforded the opportunity to take vacation days during that period. It would be helpful, if when entering time a red flag appear stating the employee is not eligible for annual leave and also not allow the entry to continue without a manager override.   9. Add option to select Job Title ID with description to be added to Time Worked report

    This is the report used for workman's comp annual audits. Currently have to run the report in excel and then manually enter the job titles in order to provide info required for auditor. The auditors use the job title as a cross reference to confirm that the workman's comp code is correct.

  10. Payroll Advice Emails should have the option to password protect attachments

    The software should allow the pdf attachments for payroll advices to be password protected for security.

  11. Alpha order and not ID order

    In deduction/earning history report, Select sort sequence as Ded/Earn code. The sort should be Deduction and Earnings first, then last name, first name. Not Deduction and Earnings then Employee ID. These reports are used to send to vendors and Vendors need the Last Name, First name sorted. They don't use Employee ID for sorting. We don't use Employee ID for sorting.

  12. Ability to tag an attendance code with a tracking ID after it has been paid

    It would be nice to be able to tag an attendance code with a tracking ID through the attendance transaction adjustment routine for attendance that has already been imported/updated. You can do this on the accounts payable side for a PO line item that has been paid, it would be nice to have the same functionality on the HR side for tracking specific project expenditures.

  13. Incident Maintenance

    Enable an employee's ability to enter information in the Incident Maintenance screen without giving full access to HR. This will allow lower level employees to record the incidents and not be able to see sensitive information.

  16. Add a Pick List Option for Workman's Comp Codes.

    Please add a pick list set up option for workman's comp codes. You have a field for the code on the employee classification page where you can enter any number but it needs to be restricted to a pick list formulated from the State code numbers. Be nice for the description to show as well. This is needed for annual workman's comp insurance audits.
