Paystubs on the ESS site add Address .
Employee's use the paystubs for wage verifications for bank loans, mortgage loans. The banks aren't excepting the Paystubs because the address of the employee is not on them. I've had to supply my prints for employee's rather then them just using the paystub ESS site.

Claimant Certification On File checkbox
In the Vendor section, is it possible to create a check box for “Signature on File.”
Then, link this data to the Purchase Order template, the “Claimant’s Certification and & Declaration” section would then be populated with “Signature on File”.

E-mail PDF invoice to customer directly from A/R
We would like the ability to e-mail a PDF copy of a customer invoice directly from A/R. This is available in A/P with POs and it is great. Please make this an available option in A/R.

Deduction/Earnings history Include zero Balances on Range of check dates.
Deduction/Earnings history.
When you choose Detail and Range of Dates you should be able to choose the box "include Zero balances" . I run reports that we send out to vendors matching up with account numbers and I need to see who didn't have a deduction for that payroll. Just the face that you need to see who had a zero deduction is very important with audit.4 votes -

MCSJ: Print Personal Property Tax Bills In Alphabetical Order
We would like to be able to print our Personal Property Tax Bills in alphabetical order so that we would be able to put multiple property owner's bills together in one envelope as opposed to multiple envelopes. It would save both time and money for our company to have this option.

Statement of Revenue and Expenditures vs. Budget with Prior Year Columns
Using MCSJ 2021.1 Version I have the following improvements regarding Finance>Statement of Revenue and Expenditures Report Type: Budgeted & Actual.
1. Although I have my print set to print portrait, the report is printing in landscape. It does not appear that the user can change this orientation.Although I chose to print the prior year data (using the dialog box titled "Prior Year Column Option") as YTD to Eoy for Prior Year the report still says "All Years as of: 7/31/2021" (the date I chose in the dialog box titled "As Of Date for YTD Totals"). User name printed on Attendance Approval Verification Listing
When a department head has entered an employee's time in "timesheets" when you print out a approval verification listing have the user name printed on that listing to show who entered it.

Options on what to include on a Lien Holder Listing by Lien Holder ID
I have received a few OPRA requests for all open liens and they are asking us to include the "Lien Holder Listing by Lien Holder ID" This list can be very long, my is 30+ pages and includes SS/TIN #, phone/email addresses which must be redacted. Please add an option to this report to check off which fields we want included on the report. Or add an option to print the report to excel so we can delete the columns that include this information

See total hours entered in the Budget Dist. tap
Our HWY personnel do lots of different jobs (.67 parks, 2.5 water, etc..), it would be great to see a total of those hours while entering them into each department via the Budget Distribution tab of payroll entry, then I'd know that they reached 40 hours.

Clients are printing certificates for failed inspections. If an inspection fails, it should disable printing

MCSJ: Make more fields editable
When importing a file from our County, all the information may not be correct, or some may be missing. It would be helpful if we could edit the fields for property, such as make, model, bill code, etc. If an error is made we would like to be able to fix it at any point in the process.

Nearby Parcel Section
It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to export the data to a CSV or Excel program so that we could select the specific streets, remove tax id information, etc. Right now we don't have the ability to alter this data in a efficient way and having this export as a means to do so would be very helpful. (Current capability of this area is extremely frustrating.)

On the Inspections box on the start page, there should be a column that displays the record number in addition to everything else.

Update system to allow Postmark Date to be shown on payment screens and in reports.
We enter the Payment Date as the date the payment was received and entered into the system but use the Postmark Date to ensure that penalty or interest is calculated appropriately. It would be great to see both dates when reviewing transactions or reports.

MICR Checks - Signature files on printer vs. local workstation
Currently signatures for laser check printing have to be a font in the Windows fonts folder on the local computer for any workstation that prints checks. It would provide better security if the signatures could be pulled from the MICR printer.

Not eligible for Deposit Refunds button
It would be very helpful to have a button that can be checked when an account / customer is not eligible for the deposit refund. This would save then being pulled into the deposit refund eligibility report each month.
Reasons for no refund would be no social security number on account.7 votes
