  1. Add WIPP option to Select Pymt Method on Billings/Coll Payment Cash Receipt Report

    When requesting a Billings/Collections Payment Cash Receipts Report there should be a "WIPP" option under "Select Payment Method to Include". The structure of the B/C payment code system only allows one revenue account to be linked. WIPP payments come through a separate cash account. We have to manually adjust through a GJE to correct the auto posting. It would be helpful to have a report that clearly indicates for a particular date range what WIPP payments were made by payment code (which for us is by district of which we have 7)

  2. Not eligible for Deposit Refunds button

    It would be very helpful to have a button that can be checked when an account / customer is not eligible for the deposit refund. This would save then being pulled into the deposit refund eligibility report each month.
    Reasons for no refund would be no social security number on account.

  3. ABILITY TO SORT IN PAYMENT CODE MAINTENANCE

    When collecting payment through the payment batch or payment window, need the capability to sort in the payment code maintenance to find a code. Right now you have to scroll up and down looking for description you are looking for especially if you don't know exactly what you labeled it. THis is very time consuming. Would be nice if the grid could be sorted alpha and by fund or would search on any word in the description to find your code quicker.

  4. Recurring Work Orders

    We have implemented the work order system for our DPW-All Department Heads enter their work orders into the system and the Superintendent of Public Works assigns the work orders on a daily basis. If would be nice if when using the recurring work order routine -if you select weekly and ran the routine January 1 to December 31 it would create 52 work orders-and each work order could be assigned to different employees and be able to close each work order out.

  5. Report the meter reading code next to the usage on the Recent Activity tab

    On the Recent Activity tab, it would be helpful to see the meter reading code on the same screen as the usage without having to run a separate detail report to find out if the billed consumption was based on an actual or estimated meter reading.

  6. Under meter tab, create a "Service Type" drop down

    Could a drop down be created under the meter tab for "Service Type"? It's my understanding from our Water Dept that we have to track what service lines are copper, lead, etc.
    Currently I have been typing "Copper Service" into the Meter Description box because there isn't another space available. And it would be helpful to have an option to print a report to have listings of each service type or all accounts that are marked with the Service Type.

  7. Multiple ebills to one email

    We have ratepayers with numerous accounts. They do not want 20 emails with one bill attached. We want to send all the bills attached to one email. At the very least 10 bills per email. Or a suggestion on how to do it without printing each one by one.

  8. Meter Exception Report

    When running consecutive Estimates, there is option to specify 3 months. Can this option be added to other report types ie: Zero usage/No Readings. This would be helpful when running reports to determine which meters have zero readings for multiple months.

    Utility Delinquent Notices/Labels - "Message box" - should be able to change the font size and make changes to have color or bold the wording.

  10. Penalty Amounts in Aging Bucket

    Currently the Aging Report list penalty amounts in a separate column. It would be helpful if, like services, penalty could be broken out by how long it has been on the system (30, 60, 90, etc days)

  11. Include the meter reading code (estimated, standard, cutomer-provided) on the Utility Detailed Billing Register.

    While reviewing the Utility Detailed Billing Register, it would be helpful to see the code to identity the type of reading that is reflected in the billing in addition to the Usage (consumption).

  12. Upload billing adjustments from an Excel file to batch.

    Would love the ability to upload a billing adjustment batch from an Excel file for large batches of adjustments. For example, we have industrial users who have to pay an annual $50 fee for their permit, there are almost 100 of them. Because I can't figure out how to properly track these in Edmunds (most are tenants that don't receive the regular bill) and be able to export to Excel, I keep a separate Excel file, that includes account number. I would be nice to upload the file rather than enter in almost 100 account numbers.

  13. CORONAVIRUS NEED- Make MCSJ able to turn off interest with an "as of" date.

    We want to be able to declare that we will not be charging interest on balances after the date of the Governor's emergency declaration. Currently, there is no easy way to do this and it seems crazy that this has not come up before. Can you help us help our customers through this time? Is there a way programming could put a checkbox or something to limit interest up until a certain date, but not after?

  14. Modify the Bill card format to state "Direct Debit on #/#/20 Do Not Pay" in proper space

    The bill card format should state "Direct Debit on #/#/20 Do Not Pay" in total amount due box-not above the account number. Customers get confused when they see a dollar amount due showing up in the amount due box when they have provided authorization to direct withdraw. The email format of utility bills already has this comment in the amount enclosed box.

  15. Work Order - Resolution Drop Down

    Currently can run reporting by Service Codes or status. Create a Resolution drop down field in the Work Order. for Tracking purposes of how the work order was resolved/action taken to complete it. only option right now is notes and that's not as efficient when doing research

  16. Separate Address Field

    Because the address field consists of the number and street it exports to a customer report as one field. When you would like to group several homes from the same street it is very time consuming to do this because if you sort the address field it sorts it based on the house number and not the street name. If on the utility account there could be a separate field for the house number and then one for the street address it would help.

  17. Add Balance to the Utility Account Maintenance Ribbon

    Would be nice to always have the balance of the customer showing on the main utility ribbon. This way no matter what tab you are in you can always access the balance of the customer.

    Work Orders - Currently the work orders do not have a designated field for new meters.

    EXAMPLE : New Meter # ____________ Rmvd Mtr# _____________

    At present when the Power Crew, Meter techs get the orders sometimes because these areas are not printed the information isn't provided because of human error. Multipliers are a priority. If a multiplier is X1 but is changed to a Multiplier of 600 it is a very costly mistake. We have…

  20. Copy of all Ebills sent

    It would be helpful if the email bills would generate a PDF after they have been sent with a copy of all the email bills. That way we have a copy on file of those bills that we can re-print later if needed. Sometimes the auditors request original copies of those bills and we don't really have a way to reprint an original bill as it was sent after payments are made.
