  1. Blanket POs to list St. Contract No: Field for Threshold Counting

    Where a vendor has a blanket PO & multiple state and local contract where spending is both on and off contract throughout any given year, it’s challenging to total spending for threshold review. Allowing the St. Contract No: field as it’s entered on a requisition to appear on a PO detail report would allow one to see spending across a vendor and quickly see what is on and off contract.

    Per the attached image, we would like the St. Contract No: field data from the req and blanket to appear in a column for “Blanket Sub” rows on a PO…

  2. Hate the issue date pop-up!

    Hate the issue date pop-up when printing a permit. Even worse is it's now a required field when processing a payment on the permit invoice. Permits are paid up front - not only when a permit is issued. After processing payment we have to go back to edit the permit and remove that date. I don't see how these things are supposed to make anything easier - it just gets annoying!

  3. personal property tax (VPPT)

    Updated reports for DELQ. It would be extremely useful to be able to add the option to generate reports and notices for just inactive accounts. Would like SSN included in the Delq report, this information can be used to look up where a former resident moved to in order to follow up with collection. The state also prefers SSN for debt set off, it allows us to claim all debt for a single individual and ensure accurate reporting.

  4. Finance Parameter E-Mail Address

    Allow multiple e-mail addresses to be used in the Finance Parameter Maintenance- A/P- General. It would be very helpful if we could use more than one e-mail. The e-mail field applies to purchasing and accounts payable transactions. Purchasing e-mails include internal e-mails to managers to approve requisitions or external when a purchase order is issued. Accounts payable e-mails go out when we issue a ACH payment to vendors. The confusion comes from where the e-mail is sent, since we can only use one address.

  5. Budget Prep Excel Export

    Budget Prep Excel Export - should contain totals by fund, this will allow users to stay within the Excel file to complete much of the Budgeting process.

    Currently, all overtimes are lumped together in one bucket.

  7. Budget Export/Import - One Fund at a Time

    Please allow us to Export/Import Budget by Fund. It would be so much easier to work with one and only one fund at a time. I see we can get a "section" of expenses, but not one whole fund.

  9. Meter Exception Report

    When running consecutive Estimates, there is option to specify 3 months. Can this option be added to other report types ie: Zero usage/No Readings. This would be helpful when running reports to determine which meters have zero readings for multiple months.

  11. New Report - PO Listing with Detail Unit Price and Quantity

    I was trying to print a report on gas prices paid and there is not an existing report that will show the unit price and quantity in a purchase order report format. The only way to get that information is to access each PO individually and then manually create a report. We go through the process of inputting that information, it would be nice to be able to extract it.

  12. more reporting capabilities for AP

    I would like to see more reports for Accounts Payable similar to the utility custom reports. Currently, it is very hard to find any vendor information without knowing the exact vendor beginning letters. It would be so helpful to search on partial vendor name - anywhere in the vendor name, not just the beginning letters.
    I would also like to search on: other options available in the vendor maintenance screen, requisition screens, and purchase order screens.

  13. Add invoice number to check register and check payment batch verifcation listing

    Please add the invoice number to the check register and check payment batch verification listing.
    I would like to be able to pull a check register and tell a vendor the invoices paid on that check.
    Adding the invoice number to the check payment batch verification listing would be a double check for accuracy.

  14. Allow me to duplicate journal entries like I can duplicate purchase orders

    If I have a huge journal entry that needs to be reversed or repeated and it is not a recurring journal entry, please allow me to duplicate the journal entry. It should not be difficult to program this because we already have the ability to pull up a journal entry by reference number. I imagine that if we have a reference number, we should be able to duplicate the journal entry to use again. This would save the user some time. Please seriously consider this idea.

  15. BAR CODES SHOULD PRINT ON ALL BILL / TAX SALE / DELINQUENT NOTICE / INVOICE

    Bar codes should print on any invoicing and paper option you choose. It should't matter if it is full page or 3 part paper. If a bill / delinquent notice/ tax bill or any other notice is sent they should all have a bar code listed so manually entry is not needed.

  16. Include the meter reading code (estimated, standard, cutomer-provided) on the Utility Detailed Billing Register.

    While reviewing the Utility Detailed Billing Register, it would be helpful to see the code to identity the type of reading that is reflected in the billing in addition to the Usage (consumption).

  18. Allow Easier Usage of Property ID

    Instead of Account ID being the required field in for example Property Tax Bill Adjustment Batch, allow some flexibility to be able to utilize the Property ID (parcel number). It's very frustrating/time consuming to look up account IDs for each parcel (especially when doing a large entry) before entering. I can enter the parcel and tab through, however the field reverts back to Account ID and then erases the information I've already entered. There was a point in time where I could use the property ID and it did not cause issue when entering. This is the number we identify…

  19. Modify the Bill card format to state "Direct Debit on #/#/20 Do Not Pay" in proper space

    The bill card format should state "Direct Debit on #/#/20 Do Not Pay" in total amount due box-not above the account number. Customers get confused when they see a dollar amount due showing up in the amount due box when they have provided authorization to direct withdraw. The email format of utility bills already has this comment in the amount enclosed box.

  20. Incident Maintenance

    Enable an employee's ability to enter information in the Incident Maintenance screen without giving full access to HR. This will allow lower level employees to record the incidents and not be able to see sensitive information.
