Print "BLANKET" on purchase orders entered as blankets
Would it be possible to have the word "BLANKET" print on any purchase order that is a blanket? "CONTRACT" appears on contract purchase orders. That way I would know which po's were blankets when I print them out without having to look in the system.

Billing Register
We would like the billing register to give totals per cycle. Also I would like the option to run the billing register by bill code. This would allow me to run 1 report instead of 10.

Add multi-year analysis to Income Statements similar to the Balance Sheet Comparison.
Currently we can print a multi-year comparison for Balance Sheets. Make this feature available for the Income Statement also. This should be very helpful at budge time, so we can see what the revenue and expense stream looks like historically.

Running the statement of revenue and expenditure report will allow you to view “Budget & Actual” for up to 5 years, This can not be done with the Income Statement because revenues and expense are eventually closed. The statement of revenues and expenditures is a great supplement to the Income statement and is very useful in determining your financial position for any given period or year. Provide for the ability to schedule monthly payments, such as to schools, county, debt service through a cycle batch.
Provide the ability to schedule through cycles payments that are scheduled in the future such as school levy, county levy, debt service, etc.

Trial Balance Report Options
Add the option to not include penalty balances and NSF fee's in the trial balance report so we can more easily tie out to the levy monthly without having to run multiple reports.

Ability to edit/delete the 'notes' screen when a form letter is generated
Currently, Edmunds indicates when a letter is sent in the notes section, but there is no way to edit or delete the letter that was created. There needs to be a way to do this in case of error.

Flag payments for Muncipal/Outside Liens in Utility Billing
There needs to be a way to flag payments on accounts that have municipal and outside liens. I know this works in the Tax Module, why can't it work in the Utility Billing module as well? It should alert the clerk taking the payment asking if they are sure they want to take this payment since it's in Lien. There is nothing that prevents us from accidentally taking a payment for a Municipal Lien which is prohibited since all payments must be made at the Tax office. At the very least the payment batch should have a warning before updating…

System generated deposit slip from Utility deposit batch
Edmunds generated Deposit slip-I would like the option to create a system generated deposit slip that would print in standard deposit slip dimensions. Porting the information from our open batch so we can review before updating the batch. It would print the total check amount, corresponding acct#/name, and show line totals and deposit total at the bottom. The ability to put our own Bank name , routing # and account #

For vicious dogs, police call and ask for license info by address when owner is not home

Making scanned documents permanently attached
After scanning a document you can save it as a PDF. But it also gives you the option to delete the file. I would like there to be an option to save it permamently so it cannot be deleted. (or even better would be to give it a date to delete) I would like to save an electronic file and dispose of the paper copy but if there is an option to delete the electronic file its to risky to throw out the paper file.

Vendor Activity in A/P
In the vendor activity section have where you can select and search voids also.
6 votesNeed more information. You can select the detail button from vendor maintenance and select “All POs with Void Lines”. The PO inquiry option by vendor also gives a clear picture of any voided lines. Void checks can be reported using the check register ap report.

Ability to CLOSE or INACTIVATE a Tracking ID
Would be greatly appreciated if we were able to "inactivate" a tracking ID, once the project has been completed. As it is now, the Tracking ID list goes on indefinately. Also add the option in the reports "active/inactive".

In the Personnel/HR/Attendance Batch Tab - have the ability to require the description field to be used with specific attendance codes.
Force information in descriptive fields for specific codes (e.g, OT/COMP - describe the project worked on for those hours)

We need the ability to restrict access to system to more than one individual during End of Year Routine or as we see fit.
Can we please have the ability to lock all users out of the system except finance and or other designated users? In preparing for the end of year routine individuals within finance understand what entries do not impact the End of Year routine but others may not.
6 votesThank you for the suggestion. There is currently a way to lock users out of a particular module, while leaving users the ability to have access to another module that is not locked. This can be found off System Utilities > Lock Users Access. Please contact support with any additional questions.

ASSESSMENT TAB TO HAVE PRIOR YEAR AND CURRENT YEAR INSTEAD OF CURRENT YEAR AND FUTURE YEAR. THIS WOULD BE MORE HELPFUL WHEN DOING THE NEW VERSION OF THE PTR FORM FOR THE STATE FREEZE PROGRAM.

Use employee's default hourly rates for an Earnings/Deductions code
Currently for an Earnings/Deductions code you need to either have set rates for a code or in a few of our codes we have no rates because it is based on an employee's OT rate. I need to manually look up and enter their OT rate to calculate their pay for a code when I am doing their time entry. I would like to see an option to use an employee's default hourly rates (reg, OT rate 1, etc) when setting up a code.

Allow the transdelq file to exclude a minimum balance.
Taxpayers complain when they get notices from their banks that pay off small balances. Many towns don't send out delinquent notices until balances are over a certain amount. This file should have the same minimum balance function so that banks are not contacting taxpayers about delinquencies before the tax office.
