  1. Indicate whether the tax amount due has an added bill.

    Would like to see the aesterick next to the pay amount in the payment window when an added, added/omitted or rollback is included in the
    total amount due. We post each amount with a different pay code and this would streamline the process some.

  2. Need the ability to identify the source of a WIPP transaction-whether web on line, counter on line etc.

    Need to be able to identify more discreetly the source of the transaction-whether thru the municipalities website, thru an e bank tranaction etc. That detail exists thru FIS but can be used locally as well.

  3. Net Totals on Payroll Register/941

    If checks are voided within a given date range that either the Payroll Register History report or 941 are run for, they will show Gross Totals, than Void Totals, however it does not show the net totals by employee. Add another reporting option, "Super Condensed", that will display the net totals by employee.

  4. Change the GLOBAL EDIT functionality to be more user friendly

    Change the GLOBAL EDIT functionality in Deduction Code & Benefit Maintenance. Currently, if the user does a regular edit, the system will not update employees for changes made. Also, if a global edit is attempted after making a regular change, it will not update to employee's because there is no actual change in the field. Rather than having two separate functions, ask the User if they would like their Changes to update existing employees when Saving a normal edit and completely remove the Global Edit button.

  5. User History

    Would like the ability to see a user history in utility account maintenance, similar to caller ID or "recent places". With this feature you would be able to back track accounts you had recently searched for.

    Value Added, The Scheduler Feature, Time saving, no need to run queries at the frequency needed. The reports are scheduled and run as per requested and are available and ready when needed. Frees up time to do other work.

    Thank you for your suggestion. There is currently a feature in version 4.0 to build a favorites menu, which is where you can add reports that need to be ran on a regular basis. Please contact support if you need assistance setting up the favorites menu option.

  8. Create a way for applicants to fill out employment applications online and interface with MCSJ

    Create a way for applicants to fill out employment applications online, and allow the online applications automatically stored in the H.R. database under specific job postings. Applications should automatically purged on a specific date that would correlate with our records retention policy?

  9. Show amount being posted through the Lien Holder Payment Batch

    When a Lien Holder ID is chosen in the Create Lien Holder Payment Batch, there should be a display of the amount to be collected prior to selecting "Next" and creating the batch. This would allow the user to verify the total before the batch is created.

    After the tax sale is held and information is entered, you can print the Tax Sale Listing in Lien Holder order, which will display the totals for each Lien Holder. Those totals will always be the same as what is pulled into the Lien Holder Payment Batch

  10. Enha Security Settings for Transaction Approvals - To provide a workflow similar to A/P to other types of transactions

    I believe there should be more workflow settings for approvals to enhance the security and internal controls system-wide. Whether it is a General Ledger Batch, Cash Receipt Batch or Payment Window Batch, [etc.] one user [at a lower security setting] should be responsible for inputting the data and another user for approving the transactions. We use this process now via Adobe files, but it would be nice if different versions of a transaction were documented at that status level by the user who inputted it versus the user that approved it.

  11. to print custom report with "only" option in account field

    To be able to print a custom report with just a specific account field. i.e. to print a report of the only accounts that are "interest exempt" or to print all accounts that are in "bankruptcy". So I do not have to have a report with all accounts

    This is available on Page 1 of the Custom Report. There is a section labeled “Include Only Accounts With” which allows you to run the report for only the criteria you select. Please call Support for additional help running the Custom Report.

  12. Have a print duplicate bill (owner/bill to) option check box in utility account maintenance.

    Would like to keep all accounts on the same cycle that prints both owner and bill to bills, however I would like a checkbox on the utility account maintenance to check off that will allow me to print both or just the tenant a bill so I don't have to put them on a separate cycle.

  14. Have ability to enter alternate address for lien holders in maintenance.

    A number of lien holders have PO boxes; I require street addresses for 1099’s.
    It would be nice to have the ability to print from an alternate address.

    2 address lines exist in Lien Holder Maintenance.
    1 can contain mailing and the other can be used to store the 1099 address. After further consideration your suggestion has been declined. Thank you and keep on posting! Team Edmunds

  15. Have ability to track refunds seperately instead of in regular balance screen.

    By having those credit balances in a seperate screen it makes it easier to give correct open balances (not a net total balance) to resdients calling for a total due.

  16. Tax delinquent notices should include both Tax & Utility barcodes when selecting options to include those charges.

    Both barcodes need to show up on the del notice when both amounts are due.... if only Taxes are due then only the tax barcode should show up... and if only Utility is due then only the Utliity barcode should appear.

  18. Add a tab to Vendor Maintenance for Insurance Info, Expiration, etc.- similar to Customer Maintenance

    Many towns track this information to make sure Vendors on municipal property have the correct coverages. It would be useful to be able to track this information for liability purposes and to ensure the town is protected and using eligible vendors.

  20. Global edit for batch date change

    Need an global edit to update the date in a payment batch. The WIPP file that comes over the first day of the new month has the prior months last day and all the dates in that file has to manually changed to the current date since month end has have already been done for the last mointh,
