  1. When adding a new employee from a "Template Id", create the option to copy the expenditure budget dist ...

    Currently the budget expenditure accounts defined in department maintenance are written to the new employee record. When adding from a Template ID it would be useful to have the option to write the budget expenditure from the employee referenced in the Template ID, specifically when split distributions are allocated to different fund or departmental expenditure accounts.

  2. Option to void multiple A/P checks at one time.

    Be able to void multiple A/P checks at one time. My A/P clerk realized she cut 50+ checks that she did not have to write. She then had to void each one individually.

  3. Department Security Groupings

    Under "department security" allow an account range to give access to a range of account segments. Example: Acct# 1-22-33-000 (1=fund, 2=dept, 3-category, 0=item). Give access to user for only category(s)(segment 3) but in different funds(segment 1), departments(segment 2) & items(segment 4). (1-??-33-??? to 1-??-33-???)
    Right now group variables are allowed only from left to right. (Example: 1-22-30-000 to 1-22-39-999)
    (Make department security account ranges just like printing an account status report. We can select a "report sequence" to print a certain category(s) but in all departments.)

  7. Would like to be able to print a message from "User in System". I had to hand write a message that was sent to me. Helpful to print it.

  10. Budget Distribution- unecessary drop down option

    In the Payroll module, in the Budget Distribution process we would like to have the “Budget Batch” selection removed from the create drop down menu We do not need this selection because it is not ever supposed to be used; we would like to remove the option altogether.

  11. Provide a help button to describe what an option means in a field. That way you can make the correct selection.

    Other than in the most obvious situations, and primarily in set-up situations, a help button that describes what an option means so that you make the correct selection the first time. For example, in the vendor maintenance screen when you have to select the 1099 type. a short description would be very helpful in eliminating making the wrong selection.

  14. Personnel report that includes YTD Earnings

    We need a report that includes typical personnel data that can be obtained in the Employee Listing, but it also needs to include an option for YTD earnings (either Fiscal or Calendar). It would be preferable to be in Excel. Cities in Florida receive annual requests for this information. I've attached a sample request that shows all the information needed.

  16. Dependents that turn 26 during year for Health Benefits Age Out

    SHBP is no longer providing dependents aging out (26 yrs old) during the current year. Under Benefits Maintenance you have Employee/Dependent Benefit Report which is good but it shows all dependents. If there was a way to just show the ones that turned 26 that would be less cumbersome to look at. Thank you for your consideration.

  18. Requisiton listing by user ID / requisition listing

    We purge our requisitions after they have been converted into POs. The comptroller needs to see requisition listing by user ID for open requisitions for her approval before they can be converted into POs. The reason we purge them is so that the comptroller only see's open requisitions in the requisition listing by user ID. However when purge is done, requisitions start at number 1 again instead of carrying on the number from the last req number used. We want to be able to run the requisition listing by user ID to include open status or have the requisition listing…

  20. Please see if we can add a link to the Customer ID window to the Utility Account Maintenance window

    Please add a link from the Customer ID window to the Utility Account Maintenance window. This would be to link the customer ID of a business to the physical location of the business in the Utility accounts, so that we can distinguish businesses from non business accounts.
