  1. Print out an envelope from Edmunds

    We were wondering if we can print out an envelope from Edmunds? We know how to do a label list for multiple accounts, but can you print directly to an envelope for one account?
    Can an envelop format be added to the "select printer type" of the utility account label page?
    A current default on the "select printer type" is Avery 5160 labels. Can we add one to print out an envelope for one account? or multiple accounts?

  2. In the PO need to have the description on the line item to print out on the checks

    The line item description in the purchase order module should print on the checks.

  3. subsequent report to lienholder with utilities/tax and projected interest and tax sale cert # with that current lien holder name

    Under Lien tab---A report creation with calculations that has tax sale cert # with current lien holder name to that cert (in case multiples) with block/lot/owner name/property location and taxes/utilities in separate columns with interest . This would be a subsequent report for the lienholder to pay subs out to a projected date.
    We send an informal report of calculations after the tax sale with the certificates to the new lienholder to pay the outstanding subs.

  4. ESS for Town Manager to see only people who report to Him/Her

    The Town Manager has one employee from each department that report directly to him. He can not take the time each day/week to go through each department to check time requests. He would like one calendar that includes the department heads so that he can go through and review who is going to be off at any given time. Please create a department head calendar for time off requests.

  5. In the Employee Schedules, allow for different "regular" time codes in the Master Schedule for employees who work at multiple locations

    Currently the schedule maintenance allows for one regular code. When an employee works in multiple departments or is in a shared services agreement with another town, we need to track how many hours to charge to each location. We can enter it manually in the employee timesheets, but it is redundant when the employee works the same schedule every week.

  6. Prior year AP PO's

    Prior year AP PO's should not be allowed to post to current year dates. At the very least a warning should pop up to alert the user that they are creating a line item for the prior year and the date is not in range.

  7. Please see if we can add a link to the Customer ID window to the Utility Account Maintenance window

    Please add a link from the Customer ID window to the Utility Account Maintenance window. This would be to link the customer ID of a business to the physical location of the business in the Utility accounts, so that we can distinguish businesses from non business accounts.

  9. Requisiton listing by user ID / requisition listing

    We purge our requisitions after they have been converted into POs. The comptroller needs to see requisition listing by user ID for open requisitions for her approval before they can be converted into POs. The reason we purge them is so that the comptroller only see's open requisitions in the requisition listing by user ID. However when purge is done, requisitions start at number 1 again instead of carrying on the number from the last req number used. We want to be able to run the requisition listing by user ID to include open status or have the requisition listing…

  11. PAY TYPE DELINEATED ON PAYROLL REGISTER AND CHECK REMITTANCE

    Our blue collar employees may work a variety of titles one pay period.
    Instead of lumping all paid time (outside of overtime) as REGULAR each title should have a separate line for the sake of clarity.
    Our employees are trying to figure out if they were properly paid and it is unnecessarily difficult.

  12. Dependents that turn 26 during year for Health Benefits Age Out

    SHBP is no longer providing dependents aging out (26 yrs old) during the current year. Under Benefits Maintenance you have Employee/Dependent Benefit Report which is good but it shows all dependents. If there was a way to just show the ones that turned 26 that would be less cumbersome to look at. Thank you for your consideration.

  14. Fixed Assets Custom Report

    Ability to create a custom report from Fixed Asset fields much like a custom report for other finance modules, payroll, expenditures, etc. The custom report should be capable to be exported.

  17. Add the Ability to roll all budget entries at one time by level and add a revenue over expenditure net total to the worksheet.

    Ability to roll all entries in a budget level such as requested to the next level, recommended. Then we only have to touch the accounts that have changed instead of having to touch every account.
    Also..PLEASE add a total line to the budget worksheet that will calculate the difference between revenues and expenditures.

  18. Extend the bill message field for more characters

    With the new State requirement regarding posting the tax relief website on the tax bills, it would be helpful if the full website would be printed on one line - with the current set up, the number of characters is not enough

  19. PRINT BILL FROM THE BALANCE/WATER TAB

    ABILITY TO PRINT A BILL FROM THE UTILITY ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE SAME AS THE TAX ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE. AT THE MOMENT WE HAVE TO GO TO THE GENERAL TAB TO DO SO.

  20. Add lot number and lot size to the Custom Permit Report Maintenance Fields

    On Page 2 of the Custom Permit Report, please add Lot Number and Lot Size to the list of Maintenance Fields. I need to do an annual report on new construction that includes total of acres under construction.
