Have "Interest Thru:" printed on the PDF payment coupon in addition to or instead of "Notice Date:"
When residents come in with just the coupon of a delinquent notice they are often confused when the amount does not match exactly to what we have in the screen. It would be helpful to have the Interest thru date on the coupon, as well as at the top of the notice, to help explain to the resident why the amount may differ from what is in our screen.
