Allow the payment code for cat and dog licence collections to post to trust budget accounts.
Currently, payment codes allows postings to Finance Module revenue and trust budget accounts.
The only exception to this is the payment codes for dog and cat license collections.
I have my cat and dog licenses in an animal control trust fund.
Can't Edmunds allow Cat and Dog licenses the option of posting to a budget (trust) account?
