Currently the Recent Payments & Adjustment Box will not reflect that a payment was NSF (rejected). This box/area would be more user friendly if the payment would show that a certain payment was reversed. The box states Adjustment. When you reverse the payment the initial payment disappears rather than showing it was made then reversed. There is an asterisk on the Recent Billing Box but that does not easily let you know what is is actually changed. One must research rather than having the reversal listed in the Adjustment box. Reversals are considered an Adjustment to the acct.
