PTR FORMS.
Mark a record for having a PTR done in current year. Then the following year have a routine that will pull all those accounts, print the new year's ptr2a forms with the legal owner name and a pre-authorized information box of town, collector, etc. This will save a lot of Tax Collector's time and only new or lost forms need to be reprinted. Upon sale of property, the PTR box would be unchecked (along with any ACH information)
