Ability to reprint a utility bill as it was sent, not after payments were applied...
We know we can print and save the original bills to PDF and we do that every month but it is very time consuming to have to go back to 12 different PDF files in order to search for the original bill for that one customer. Then sometimes the "find" feature does not work properly so we have to go through ALL the bills in that one PDF file to find that one customers bill that we need to reprint.
This process is very time consuming and if we are gathering the information for a large public records request then it takes us hours or even days to get the information together.
Another issue is that the e-bills do not print to PDF and we don't want them to print with the mail bills so we have NO WAY to get an original copy of the e-bills unless we copy ourselves on the original email that is sent. Then we still have to search through the emails to print that copy.
In addition to the above request, it would be nice to be able to print a range of original bills for one customer too! For example, if someone wants the bills for the 2017 calendar year, it would be nice to be able to print the whole range at once, Jan to Dec 2017 original bills for that customer.
