Copy of all Ebills sent
It would be helpful if the email bills would generate a PDF after they have been sent with a copy of all the email bills. That way we have a copy on file of those bills that we can re-print later if needed. Sometimes the auditors request original copies of those bills and we don't really have a way to reprint an original bill as it was sent after payments are made.

Our printing company that we use to actually print and mail the bills..... sends us a file of all the utility bills after they print. It acts as a PDF and the bills are archived. Works great for us as we can pull up any bill in any year and reprint.

In Utility billing parameter maintenance under E-bill tab you can include your email in the BCC field. I use this to keep copies of the e-bills in my email account, makes it easy to search for an e-bill if I ever need to send another copy I just forward the one to the customer.
