utility accounts linked to the parcel should be seen in the parcel maintenance utility tab even if there is no balance owed

Parcel Maintenance includes Tax history but only current charges for Utility. Can Utility history be included under the Utility tab?

Parcel Maintenance - Needs the utility tab to work the same as the tax tab. Specifically, showing the account even if it is paid. Currently if the property doesn't have an open balance it appears like they don't have an account at all.
