Comment option when updating a Work Orders
When updating a work order there is not anywhere that you can put a comment, that I know of. For example, I just updated a leak investigation and there is know where to put leak on their side. So, later when you look at that account and the customer might ask us what did we find, it’s know where on their account. So we have to go to our excel page that we keep work orders on and find that work order to get that information
