Clearer Language on WIPP E-Check confirm pages
On confirm pages for E-checks, language should be changed to the effect that "payments are not in real time and will be submitted to bank for approval, just like written checks, and to be sure to check your bank account." People get confused when there is a problem with their submission - and cite the Confirmation they received as proof of payment, when it's actually just proof of submission of payment. Also, the fonts on the confirm page before submitting have to be bolder - Lately, too many people think that's the final step and don't go on to actually submit payment.
