Budget prep entry screens need to show TOTALS as currently saved.
Department users are not necessarily savvy enough to export their entry to Excel to check their totals against their allocated amounts. It would be most helpful for them to see the total of their entries in each column as currently saved.

Spoke to Alec today, and per our discussion, if the budget entry screen subtotaled based upon control totals, and those totals were on screens for our department users, this would make their lives SOOOO MUCH EASIER.
