Disable printing on failed periodic inspections
Clients are printing certificates for failed inspections. If an inspection fails, it should disable printing

Nearby Parcel Section
It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to export the data to a CSV or Excel program so that we could select the specific streets, remove tax id information, etc. Right now we don't have the ability to alter this data in a efficient way and having this export as a means to do so would be very helpful. (Current capability of this area is extremely frustrating.)

Add Record Number column to Inspections box on Start Page in IPS
On the Inspections box on the start page, there should be a column that displays the record number in addition to everything else.

We would like to have a highlighting feature on our form designer in IPS
There are certain areas of the form that we would like to be able to highlight to bring attention to specific requirements on our building permits and other forms in our IPS system

Either within the Address Book or a separate reporting option have the ability to print out the information contained within the Address Book

Parcel Search
Create ability to search for list of all parcels with a "Hold" on them.

All contact info from Parcel to ANY working module.
If the "Related Contacts" is prefilled in the "Parcel" main module, they should flow to the "Contacts" tab of any working module.

Link Properties together
We have a property that has multiple tax map numbers and addresses that i would like to link together. They are currently in our IPS system with 2 different street names. We would like them under 1 giant parcel without loosing data already entered.

Multiple Names on Dogs
It would be helpful to be able to enter more than one name in the dog owner module. We have several customers who own dogs jointly and want both names on the license. It is a chore to figure out how to do this using the current first, middle and last name of one owner.

Notes/Correspondence tab
We need a designated area to enter any correspondence from a property owner, tenant, etc that is not associated with any particular transaction for a parcel. Just an FYI for other employees to see and refer to when speaking with people.

Navigating IPS online portal
Please add these buttons (online portal page file) to every page.
If a user does a parcel search first they tend to think they should be able to submit a permit or a request from there. If you add a Submit an application button on every page on the left it would direct them to the application portion.
The 2nd screen shot shows the page if you were in parcel look up first. If the buttons were displayed on the left side of the page it would then give them a way to navigate to that section without needing to…

Revise Periodic Inspections similar to Complaints
Having Periodic Inspections similar to Complaints will assist in scheduling (new & followup) items displaying on calendar and open inspection would always be displayed on start screen.

User Profile Screen
Allow user profile screen to allow title, phone number, email, etc. This will free up having multiple print forms specific to each user.

IPS cloud based server
Currently use a surface pro that is remoted back to our server for access to IPS in the field. Using the full system allows more functionality for items such as printing where the app is limited. My limited experience with other cloud based systems is it is a more reliable connection.

Report Sort Options-Permit Status Report
For building permit reporting purposes, we would like to be able to sort all building permit status types by street name. Currently it sorts by "house number" so the information has to be exported into and Excel file and sorted that way. In IPS under the Permit Status category, if you are doing a particular street, you cannot see the entire street at one time. Having the report sort by street name instead of street number would be so helpful when an inspector is sent out so that he/she can quickly view the entire street and determine what stage of…
