When we issue and enter a building permit that are 2, sometimes 3 fees associated with one license. The building permit fee, the certificate of occupancy fee and at times a late fee. We currently have to enter each of these separately and even though we can copy the record, we still need to assign an "a" and "b" to the license to the different amounts. We should have the ability to enter each of these amounts on the same screen under the same license entry.1 vote
Re; Marriages: when Active Duty is checked for either Party 1 or Party 2, fees are waived. Daily & Monthly Cash reports record the marriage license and reflect that no fees were collected. However, the Monthly Cash Report and Monthly Marriage Report do not flag the active duty marriage in any way so we still need to make a note outside BAS that an active duty marriage occurred to report to the state that although x marriages were recorded during the month, fees were only collected for y.1 vote
