  2. Budget Export/Import - One Fund at a Time

    Please allow us to Export/Import Budget by Fund. It would be so much easier to work with one and only one fund at a time. I see we can get a "section" of expenses, but not one whole fund.

  3. Limit the Posting Period by User

    Users sometimes post entries inadvertently to prior periods. This creates difficulties reconciling the current period. It also changes the financial records of prior months. Much time is usually spent trying to find and correct the periods. We would therefore like to restrict prior period posting, once a period is closed. Only the Accounting Manager or the CFO should have the ability to post to a prior period. Any entries that need to be made to a prior period would have to get the approval of the Accounting Manager or CFO.

  6. Requisition/PO Regulated Contract Limits

    As a government agency there are dollar caps by vendors or contract to limit the amount of money that can be spent in a calendar year. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-3(c) and 18A:18A-3(b). All vender limits are by default $17,500; currently. This limit can be increased through a QPA process, State Contract, or a COOP. Using a State Contract or a COOP allows this limit to be increased but the limit will apply to the Contract which usually includes multiple venders.     Allow additional reports to export to Excel such as the condensed version of "Purchase Order Status by Budget Account". Currently only the detailed version of the report exports.

  8. AP PO numbers

    Would it be possible when you open AP / voucher purchase order quick entry and start entering your PO number the system will keep adding the next purchase order ID

    NOTE - we have 2 different PO numbers so it cant be set in the system but if the system would continue once you put the PO number you want to start with. that would be great

  9. check numbers on the Tracking ID report

    With the CARES Act grant application being compiled, we have to gather all of the purchase orders that are filed so that we can have them accompany the application. The only problem is that the tracking ID report does not have the option of requesting the check number to be on the report. Our Township files purchase orders by check number. This makes it difficult to gather all of the documents, a lot of manual work.

  10. New Report - PO Listing with Detail Unit Price and Quantity

    I was trying to print a report on gas prices paid and there is not an existing report that will show the unit price and quantity in a purchase order report format. The only way to get that information is to access each PO individually and then manually create a report. We go through the process of inputting that information, it would be nice to be able to extract it.

  11. Add invoice number to check register and check payment batch verifcation listing

    Please add the invoice number to the check register and check payment batch verification listing.
    I would like to be able to pull a check register and tell a vendor the invoices paid on that check.
    Adding the invoice number to the check payment batch verification listing would be a double check for accuracy.

  12. Attach back up to the budget transfers/amendments

    When entering budget transfers or amendments, it would be helpful to be able to attach documents. This would be helpful because it would allow other users to be able to look at the attachment to determine why the amendment or transfer was done.

  13. Attachments in Requisition and PO modules

    It would be very nice if an attachment in the Requisition Module would carry over to the PO Module. It can't be viewed in PO Module - you have to pull up the Requisition to view. It takes a lot longer because we have different people approving Reqs & P.Os. Thanks!!

  14. Blanket POs to list St. Contract No: Field for Threshold Counting

    Where a vendor has a blanket PO & multiple state and local contract where spending is both on and off contract throughout any given year, it’s challenging to total spending for threshold review. Allowing the St. Contract No: field as it’s entered on a requisition to appear on a PO detail report would allow one to see spending across a vendor and quickly see what is on and off contract.

  15. Finance Parameter E-Mail Address

    Allow multiple e-mail addresses to be used in the Finance Parameter Maintenance- A/P- General. It would be very helpful if we could use more than one e-mail. The e-mail field applies to purchasing and accounts payable transactions. Purchasing e-mails include internal e-mails to managers to approve requisitions or external when a purchase order is issued. Accounts payable e-mails go out when we issue a ACH payment to vendors. The confusion comes from where the e-mail is sent, since we can only use one address.

  16. AP VENDOR NAME-ALLOW TO SEARCH ON ANY WORD IN THE NAME NOT JUST FIRST WORD

    In AP Vendor Maintenance-have the ability to search on any word in the vendor name not just the first word. If a check is made out to Treasurer ..... and you do not remember it was Treasurer but know another word in the vendor name it will not find it. Please make the ability to search any word in the AP Vendor Maintenance name field PLEASE>>>>>

  17. Interest should be divided evenly among projects in Escrow Fund

    We needed to create a new Escrow Fund to hold Stormwater Maintenance Guarantees. Since these funds will be held indefinitely, we are holding them in an interest-bearing account. We need to be able to easily distribute the interest evenly among the projects, without having to calculate the interest manually and posting it individually to each project.

  18. more reporting capabilities for AP

    I would like to see more reports for Accounts Payable similar to the utility custom reports. Currently, it is very hard to find any vendor information without knowing the exact vendor beginning letters. It would be so helpful to search on partial vendor name - anywhere in the vendor name, not just the beginning letters.
    I would also like to search on: other options available in the vendor maintenance screen, requisition screens, and purchase order screens.

    Be able to print A/P checks from a check batch in alphabetical order by vendor name.

    Ours is currently printing checks by vendor ID.

    Vendor Email Address needs a larger field to accompany all email addresses, as well as the ability to send remittances to multiple email addresses per vendor.
