  1. The ability to search for accounts based on the information in the " street 1" field in Account Maintenance

    It would be very helpful to be able to search for customers based on their mailing address. I.E. the street 1 or 2 field on the general tab in account maintenance.

    It would be very helpful if the meter reading date was displayed on the meter exception reports.

  3. Add tabs for meter readings and transactions in utility account maintenance

    Add a tab for meter readings and one for transactions so that we don't have to go through the Detail button.

  4. Separate section for completion notes on work orders

    To have a section for scheduled notes and then a separate section for completed notes in work orders. This would make it easier to determine exactly what the outcome was.

  5. "Finaled" status to show in the pick list; like the "inactive" status.

    The system currently allows for the option to "show inactive" in the pick list however those accounts that are labeled inactive consist of both finaled accounts that will never be open again and temporarily disconnected accounts. It would be nice to be able to tell which they are from the pick list.

  6. Ability to check "Int Exempt" for all services with one click

    It would be great if a customer has multiple services that you could make all services "int exempt" with one click on the general tab instead of having to check "int exempt" on each individual service tab! This would save a lot of time.

  7. A routine to remove "do not disconnect" marked accounts so each account does not have to be clicked on and "unchecked".

    A routine to remove the marked "do not disconnect" instead of having to open each account and uncheck. This would save a lot of time.

  8. Regenerate E-bill Utility Billing Totals Report

    Unlike the regular billing where a reference number is generated so you can reprint a billing, the E-bills do not assign a reference number and all attempts with Edmunds support to use the custom report to regenerate the numbers has been unsuccessful. The e-bills are substitutes to paper billing and could be requested from the Auditors to verify billing calculations. Without a reference number there is no way to regenerate the E-bill Utility Bill Totals report [see attached]. And that report can easily be X'ed out of without a warning before having the chance to print a PDF copy.

  9. Add-(Direct Debit-Do Not Pay) to the EBill email

    Currently the Direct Debit Do Not Pay is only in the attachment of the email on ebills. It would be nice if the body of the email had the same message as the bills-Direct Debit Debit Do Not Pay!
    I attached an example.

  10. Have "Interest Thru:" printed on the PDF payment coupon in addition to or instead of "Notice Date:"

    When residents come in with just the coupon of a delinquent notice they are often confused when the amount does not match exactly to what we have in the screen. It would be helpful to have the Interest thru date on the coupon, as well as at the top of the notice, to help explain to the resident why the amount may differ from what is in our screen.

  11. printing a utility bill on todays date

    when a bill cycle is created we assign a bill date....(feb 9)
    on any day we print a bill for a property owner the date defaults to that days date (feb 8) the default date should b the date we set and changes made as the exception,,not the other way around

  12. Shopping Cart Feature inside the Payment Window

    We would like the ability to choose to use the shopping cart feature INSIDE the payment window without having to exit the screen and go back into the same batch to use it.

    When entering a bank DFI that doesn't already exist have a pop up warning instead of defaulting to the next bank on the list

  14. water account bankruptcy

    Should be able to enter a bankruptcy for an "out of Village" account. We have Village and Town water customers and the system only allows bankruptcy information to be entered if it is tied into the tax program; we do not enter tax information for "out of Village" accounts. The tax information is automatically downloaded from the county. I have two accounts that are bankrupt and I need to move those amounts out of their existing water billing. I was told to "make up" section block and lot numbers to link it to the water program and it cannot be…

  15. Tie "Work Order Notes" to "Utility Account Notes"

    Utility staff would like an option to tie "Work Order Notes" to "Utility Account Notes". Staff feel this would be very helpful as a quick way to see important work order related notes on the account.

  16. Enable descriptions entered in the utility meter reading batch to be viewed in the utility account meter reading reports.

    Be able to view the descriptions that you type in the meter reading batch in the customer's meter reading report in account mainteance.

  17. Show number of days between meter reads on Meter Reading Detail Reports

    Meter detail report should show number of days between meter reads. Part of our billing is strictly based on number of days between reads and can make a substantial difference in a customer's bill. It would be ideal to have that information in the Meter Detail Report with all the other Meter Reading DETAILS!!!!

  19. Have the ability to run water/sewer report by lienholder when subs are requested just as you can do with tax

    when a lienholder sends a request to pay subs for tax we can run a delinq
    report by lienholder id, however we are not able to do this for water and
    sewer.

  20. Have an interest detail button for utility billing similar to the one in NJ property Tax.

    In NJ Tax on the balance tab there is an interest detail button that shows the breakout of principal in interest charges and a total by period. It would be nice to be able to have a report to print out for residents just like that but for utility charges.
