  1. If the "Charge Search" window automatically included information for Code Enf and Planning Dept.

    Currently in the Charge Search window it only gives you information for Utility Billing. However Titles companies often ask for information about Code Enforcement and Planning Dept. Now we can enter the information manually but it would make things much more efficient if when you typed in the address all information about the property appeared. Wether there is an open permit, or a code violation, or an unpaid rental license it would appear along with the utility balances due.

  2. Sort work order management report by date and time.

    When pulling the work order management report for multiple days, the report does not sort by date and time. It is really easy to miss a work order and double schedule a job.

  3. Seperate final water usage charges from final read charge on Final Bill

    Currently the Final Bill combines the incremental water usage charge with the water reading charge that we bill when processing a final bill for real estate transfers. Because of this, we have to hand type a bill to send to the attorneys for the closing that separates the charges.

  4. Add Account Number to Tax Sale Listing

    For the Tax Sale Listing - Add to the drop down list for report sequence to include account number, or a box to be checked that would allow the account number to be on the listing for the utility side of the tax sale.

  7. Add a report off the detail button in Utility Account Maintenance that shows all billing and meter readings.

    Nags Head felt this would be useful since customers come in to question their bills all the time. One report would easily allow them to have something readily accessible that can be given to the customer.

  8. Address and customer name; bill to or owner to print on meter exception reports

    The ability to print both the property address and either the bill to or owner name for the location on meter exception reports. This would make the locations easier by customer name and address instead of having to check the account.

  9. Recent Activities Report

    Can you add the Account Pin to the Recent Activities Report. We us this a lot to send to clients who want to pay a past due bill. It would be nice if the Pin was included so they can pay or view through WIPP without having to call back and ask for the pin.

    This is a good thought and will remain under review as future product changes are discussed and planned.

    In the meantime, we’d suggest that you provide the pin separately. Perhaps printing the pin to a label and including the labels on the recent activity report.

    Also note that we do have plans currently to add the pin number to the custom report. Once that is complete, you’ll be able to print the information from that report.

  11. Is it possible to get a QR Code on our utility bills?

    QR code that would appear the bill and would allow the resident to reach our website by scanning it with their camera on their phone. Our goal is to get a QR code on their that they can easily scan and it refers them to where they would pay their bill online.

  12. Ability to click on a screen and have it go directly to email to answer Utility and Tax questions

    Residents often ask for meter reads, usage and bills all on one screen. Or they ask for payment history or Finals or Tax Payments made. It would be so easy if there was an email button that would snap a picture of the screen and link to email so it can be sent to the resident.

  13. Option to create account "profiles" based on type

    Ability to predetermine bill codes based on account type "profile" that would default to the account once a meter is added. Billing codes would automatically change if the account type changed.

  15. The ability to assign work orders when creating them in the meter exception report

    It would be helpful to have the ability to have an option to assign work orders to users during the auto creation process when using the meter exception report.

  16. Make Utility Account Maintenance Co-Applicant searchable

    The name and SSN of the co-applicant should be searchable so a new account would not be created if a co-applicant is applying from another account that is inactive and has a balance. Also would allow the Debt set-off module to place these co-applicants in the file sent to the state to seize their tax refunds or lottery winnings.

  17. Payment Cash Receipt report, the count field needs to be enlarged.

    The count field is not long enough to show the number of payments for year end reports. Currently I believe it only goes up to 99999 judging by the number of "*" it places in that spot.

  18. Display meter description on the Meter reading detail from the account.

    To be able to see the meter description under the meter information on the meter reading detail print to screen. i.e. Irrigation meter, store meter, kw or kwh, etc.

  19. Give a "Cash" Option for Consolidated Bill Group Payments

    When processing a consolidated bill group payment, the only option for that payment is currently "Check". We would like to also have an option for payout of "Cash", as some of our customers pay with cash. As it is now, we then have to go back into the batch before updating and change each line from Check to Cash.

  20. Allow customers with bankruptcy flag to make WIPP payments

    Since pre-petitioned bankruptcy charges are moved to Special Charges, the customer should be allowed to make WIPP electronic charges to the account since they owe the post-petitioned charges that remain on the account.
