  1. Add a report off the detail button in Utility Account Maintenance that shows all billing and meter readings.

    Nags Head felt this would be useful since customers come in to question their bills all the time. One report would easily allow them to have something readily accessible that can be given to the customer.

  2. Add a comments field on Misc A/R Invoice, like there is on Purchase Order maintenance.

    Need a comments field, for internal purposes, that will not print on invoice.

  4. Add a "Notes" option to the "Main" screen of Invoice Maintenance.

    Submitted By Jose (Passaic City): The option to add notes to a line item is nice, but it would be great to have a general notes area accessible from the front of the Invoice.

  6. Option on Tax custom report to list corresponding Utility account .

    This would enable a list to show what properties do NOT have a utility account. The block and lot formats for Tax & Utility are different and I have been unable to do this with an excel sheet.

  7. Ability to link a Budget Batch Transaction to a PO

  8. Run an automated report for the business license renewal routine with range of generated license numbers and types.

    After running the renewal license routine, add a report showing the results of the update. Include the range of license numbers created and total numbers of licenses for each license type.

  9. Ability to print NJ Health Benefits Report with a page break for each employee.

    Would like to have the option to print this report individually for each employee in one shot instead of enter each ID seperately. Would be very helpful when trying to explain to our employees the breakdown for their health benefits.

  11. Add suspended to status in business license

    Under the status for business license ( suspended ) needs to added to alert anyone who is looking for the status of a particular business. This would be helpful to the community seeking information on a business and to city employees that work with code enforcement, fire department and police department on businesses operations who are in violation of any city ordinances, safety issues and or criminal acts. Another suggestion is that it be also implemented into user message.

  12. Ability to be able to view Invoices payments in the Tax Detail Drop down box.

    It would super helpful when you are in the tax screen and you bring down the tax detail list to add invoice payments, it makes it easier having access in the one screen to let people know if something was paid or not. At times it can become super easy to forget that you need to go into the invoice screen to see if they paid. Hoping this can get added.

    Ability to Change Contract Id

    It would be useful to set up a special routine to change the contract Id in the event a contract number was entered wrong, but had activity such as amounts allocated, POs issued and/or received and paid already posted to it. We've had situations in which a user entered a contract number incorrectly which wasn't discovered until later and there is nothing we can do to fix it now since there are requisitions, POs and payments now made against the contract.     If I am working on a work order but then need to assign it to another person, can there be a "Forward to:" status under "WO Status" so that I can let someone else know that they need to fix something on my project.

  17. Please add Meter Size or Dials on the Meter Exception Report

    When the Water Guys go out to get us readings, or to double check a reading, they do not know looking at these reports if 4 or 5 digits (dials) are needed. Then they would have to go back out again to get the extra digit. This was just told to me yesterday that this is a problem but the only way for me to know how many digits would be for me to check each account in the system, which would be very time consuming.

  18. Address and customer name; bill to or owner to print on meter exception reports

    The ability to print both the property address and either the bill to or owner name for the location on meter exception reports. This would make the locations easier by customer name and address instead of having to check the account.

  19. Block a req that only effects the sub from being turned into a PO if there are insufficient funds. Currently a message is printed a report.
