  1. Option to create account "profiles" based on type

    Ability to predetermine bill codes based on account type "profile" that would default to the account once a meter is added. Billing codes would automatically change if the account type changed.

  3. The ability to assign work orders when creating them in the meter exception report

    It would be helpful to have the ability to have an option to assign work orders to users during the auto creation process when using the meter exception report.

  4. Generate message 'No record exist with that ID' for utility and lien account maintenance

    Currently in both the utility account maintenance and lien maintenance screen, if the operator enters a block/lot number that doesn't exist in those files, the operator is given information on the next available record, as opposed to a message indicating that a record does not exist with that id. If the operator is not paying attention to the account details displayed, wrong information can be given/entered. Message should be issued to the operator that 'No record exist with that id"

  5. Make Utility Account Maintenance Co-Applicant searchable

    The name and SSN of the co-applicant should be searchable so a new account would not be created if a co-applicant is applying from another account that is inactive and has a balance. Also would allow the Debt set-off module to place these co-applicants in the file sent to the state to seize their tax refunds or lottery winnings.

  6. Payment Cash Receipt report, the count field needs to be enlarged.

    The count field is not long enough to show the number of payments for year end reports. Currently I believe it only goes up to 99999 judging by the number of "*" it places in that spot.

    With the new IRS law it would be nice to print the cash receipt report by post mark date.

  8. Payment Posting

    Create the ability to post more than one payment to a permit within the same batch, so the same invoice #.
    Currently, if a customer makes 2 payments to one permit, within the same batch you can not post the additional payment. You have to close that batch then go back to the permit, pull up by invoice #, then pay balance.

    You need to create another (2nd) field for additional use group(s) on a property. Some Businesses have "mixed" (more than one) use group.

  10. Display meter description on the Meter reading detail from the account.

    To be able to see the meter description under the meter information on the meter reading detail print to screen. i.e. Irrigation meter, store meter, kw or kwh, etc.

  11. Would like to have the budget displayed in addition to actual on Municipal Dashboard.

    We are implementing the municipal dashboard and would like to have an option to show budget in addition to actual. Would like for it to be a system utilities option.

  13. Give a "Cash" Option for Consolidated Bill Group Payments

    When processing a consolidated bill group payment, the only option for that payment is currently "Check". We would like to also have an option for payout of "Cash", as some of our customers pay with cash. As it is now, we then have to go back into the batch before updating and change each line from Check to Cash.

  14. Change color of font or lock a batch pending update

    When closing a batch, that batch remains on the screen and can have transactions added up to the time that the batch is updated. Can we have a radio button put on the payment batch that when selected it would change the color of the font or lock a batch to prevent anyone from adding to a batch that is pending update?

  15. Change contract reqs to draw#, not a new PO #

    When we set up a contract we have to send the vendor a PO - we create a blank PO with the contract ID "C7-00001" for example. When we requisition against this a brand new PO number is created - should be a draw down number like C7-00001-1 for the first req, then C7-00001-2 for the second, etc.

  16. Escrow balances should be visable on the Property Tax Account Maintenance Screen

    If escrow balances are visable on the Property Tax Account Screen then the Planning/Building and Zoning Departments will know if monies are due to the Municipality. Once a project is turned over from the Planning Department, the Building Department must ensure that all fees have been paid. In the Building Module there is no way to see if there is a negative balance for a particular property/project. If fees are unpaid, parcels maybe levied.

  18. tax sale redemption calculation

    I have a problem with the tax sale redemption worksheets. My town has its own water utility. If a lien is sold under $1,500.00 when the lien holder pays water subs they calculate at 8% & 18%. Our water utility is a flat 18%, so I basically have to calculate them manually to calculate the correct interest due to the lien holder.

  19. Option to print PO Notes on Escrow Project Statements

    NJ Statute requires that developers/applicants be provided certain details on charges to escrow accounts for work completed by Municipal Professionals. These include; 1) the name and title of the person providing the service, 2) the date the service was provided, 3) the time spent on providing the service, 4) the cost of providing the service, i.e., hourly rate, and 5) the nature of the service provided. Currently there is not enough space on the PO detail line to include all of the required information.   20. Allow the payment code for cat and dog licence collections to post to trust budget accounts.

    Currently, payment codes allows postings to Finance Module revenue and trust budget accounts.

    The only exception to this is the payment codes for dog and cat license collections.

    I have my cat and dog licenses in an animal control trust fund.

    Can't Edmunds allow Cat and Dog licenses the option of posting to a budget (trust) account?
