"Hold Until" status in Requisitions.
"Hold Until" status in Requisitions. The approver could add note in the status reason. It may be vendor forms, Federal ID/SS#, bond, insurance for contractor, etc. The user would get the notification when he/she open their Edmunds. This would save time with placing telephone calls or sending emails to employees. More than likely, the purchaser is usually the employee speaking with the vendor.

Delete Invoice Line Item
Add Delete function to line items in Invoices. Cancelling a line item is not the best solution in some situations.

Include a "last updated" date on ESS Leave Time
The balances in the Leave Balances tab in ESS are only accurate up to the last batch update. Could you put the date of the last update on the screen?

When updating a payment batch from Tax, create in Finance a separate debit lines for Cash and Cheks in the bank ledger
Currently all batches updated from Payment Window (Tax, Utility) interface with Finance by generating 2 lines on the bank ledger, one for Cash & Checks, the other one for Credits. This made sense when we used to deposit checks and cash with a deposit slip and they would go together to the bank. However, we are now sending checks remotely to the bank, and cash is still being sent with deposit slip. Therefore, the bank statement shows a transaction for checks (remote deposit), another one for cash (deposit), but the general ledger still shows one line for both. This makes…

Combine mutilple Payment Entry Bank Code Batches
It would be helpful to be able to have Edmunds combine individual Bank code Payment entries into a single batch. This would cut down on the number of payment batches that have to be updated and the reconciliation of those monthly.

Allow customers with bankruptcy flag to make WIPP payments
Since pre-petitioned bankruptcy charges are moved to Special Charges, the customer should be allowed to make WIPP electronic charges to the account since they owe the post-petitioned charges that remain on the account.

Users are too easily able to create a new account
According to the 4.1 User document, users have to be a 1 in order to disable the ability for them to create an account, however, if we make them a 1, they will no longer be able to edit and view notes and view secured fields. There is only one user that creates accounts in our agency.
It is too easy to click the add button instead of the edit button.

printing license from the payment window
Would be helpful to be able to print the business license from the payment screen when posting payment. This would keep us from having to go to multiple screens when collecting payment. We need to give the actual license, our validated receipt isn't enough.

Default recording of PDF letters in notes to YES
When selecting a template letter, the window popup asks if you wish to record the sending of the letter in Notes. Right now you must select the check box to allow this to happen. I am proposing that either the check box be checked by default and you would need to uncheck the box to not record it in notes, or that the check box be rewritten and designed with the option to check if you don't want it recorded in notes. My thought is that most people using this feature would wish for the recording of the letter in…

Changes to Employee Maintenance
Would suggest if a change is being made to an employee whose status is "Terminated", that the system should generate an ALERT that we are changing info on an inactive employee.

Adding the Resolution No. / Bid No. to header
Resolution No. / Bid No. appear in header on Requisition and PO. Thus adding a new column in PO inquiry listing the Resolution No. This will make the process easier when looking to see if a supplier is over the threshold.

Fixed Assets to Be able to duplicated
Fixed Assets to Be able to be duplicated like a P.O. Can. Right now we have to input each asset individually even though there are multiple assets with the same description.

Be able to show delinquent property taxes on the Code Rental Custom report.
On the rental custom report, add a check box to show delinquent property taxes that are owed or if current taxes are owed. The City of New Castle passed an ordinance where delinquent rental property owners cannot collect money from their tenants, if they owe property tax the tenants make payment to the City. This function would help us tremendously in getting this accomplished more efficiently.

Special Assessment
Special Assessment should be listed as a Community Forum.
A custom report should be available in Special Assessment just like Tax and Sewer. I need to run a report to show all properties excluded from tax sale and I have hundreds of accounts that I have to search through using the account status report. I would also like to print out a Special Assessment report that shows all the open principal balances in a condensed form.

Add More Fields for Building Codes
Some permits have more than 5 building codes, (ie, building, fire, plumbing, electrical, alteration, addition, mechanical etc.) and currently we would have to invoice half of them then add an update to the permit to issue the rest of the permit. It would be beneficial to add up to 10 building codes instead of 5.
