  1. When entering invoices to be paid in AP, there should be a field for the invoice date.

    Invoices are posted to be paid from a PO, there are all sorts of dates none seem to take into consideration the invoice date. There is the posting date, PO date, paid date - not the actual invoice date. When a vendor calls asking if payment has been made. They reference an invoice date and number. Now we have GIGO - Garbage in, garbage out. These are permanent records and we need to be able to reference what is in the system. Important info. is date of invoice, vendor, what is purchased, paid date and check number. Thank you.

  2. User Profile Screen

    Allow user profile screen to allow title, phone number, email, etc. This will free up having multiple print forms specific to each user.

    Would like to have the ability set up payment plans utilizing the ACH (direct withdraw ) option . Many folks can only pay a certain amount each month on their back taxes.
    Example would be a customer would like to have $ 100.00 drafted each month until their taxes become current.

  4. Default to present tax year

    Currently when a search by customer name is entered into the NAME field the last tax year is the default. Since most customers are inquiring about the present tax year it would be helpful to have the tax year default to the present year.

  6. Real Estate ACH draft amount

    instead of drafting an entire balance when doing an ACH draft, we have people who just want to draft 100.00 a month until the balance is paid. Right now there's no way to pic an amount to be drafted. It would be great if we could do that.

  7. Indicate what Purchase Orders have been emailed on the PO listing after PO is generated from requisitions

    When the purchase orders are generated, only the purchased that have not been emailed to the vendor are printed. There should be an option to only print the PO's that have been email, since we need the first page of the PO for internal purpose. Also, the report that prints after the PO's are generated should indicate what PO's have been emailed.

  8. Separate Checks for Blanket Controls from Same Budget Account

    Would like to be able to cut separate checks for a blanket control using the same budget account. Currently in order to do so you need to approve each line item separately and cut the check, otherwise it cuts one check for all line items.

  10. PILOTS

    Add a new module in the Finance section that handles PILOTS. Increasing volume of new Pilots for most towns. Would also like to have a new Tab in the tax maintenance screen that is called PILOT that would show billing and payments. Would provide better control for tax collector, eliminate search company phone calls and tax payer inquiries.

  11. Report for recalculated bills

    There should be an option to run a report at least on a monthly basis on any bills that has been recalculated using the recalculate bill option.
    If the registers that are run to get figures for financials are run before a recalculation is done your reports maybe overstated or understated because the difference in the amount of the billings never show up. I looked on an inquiry on an account that was recalculated and the bill looked fine. I went to the register that I used for reporting purposes and the billing showing was totally different.

  13. LIEN HOLDER MAINTENANCE OWNER FIELD

    Lien holders names are getting longer - would like to have an extra line when creating a new lien holder for the name. IE: "US Bank Cust/Pro Cap 8/Pro Capital MGT II" does not fit and a portion must be typed on the first address line, which then leaves out the extra address portion that is also needed. A solution would be to lengthen the name line or just add an additional line for the name having 2 lines each for name and address

  14. Add a Pick List Option for Workman's Comp Codes.

    Please add a pick list set up option for workman's comp codes. You have a field for the code on the employee classification page where you can enter any number but it needs to be restricted to a pick list formulated from the State code numbers. Be nice for the description to show as well. This is needed for annual workman's comp insurance audits.

  15. Reference System User ID for all transactions

    I recently learned when payments are entered into the payment batch but do not reference the System User ID of the person who entered the payment. Reference is by the user who updates the batch. The system does track the user ID who makes payment reversals or changes, but the ID is not referenced for who entered a payment in payment window. For audit trail purposes it would be beneficial to track the user ID who entered the transaction.

  17. printing receipt

    cannot print a back receipt, 2017 with the owner at the time of payment in 2017. if house sold in 2019 only current ownership is on tax bill and receipt. homeowner called for receipt of taxes they paid in 2016 and 2017. cannot give to them.

  19. Automatically populate PO with Developer escrow info instead of creating a new Vendor

    I would like the ability to generate a developer escrow refund without having to create an entire Vendor account to issue the PO. If you could just have the PO populated by the Developer escrow account information it would keep the number of unnecessary/unused Vendor accounts that would only be utilized once for the refund of escrow funds.
