  2. add animal license payments to WIPP

    It would be nice if residents could pay their animal licensing fees online via WIPP the same way that taxes and utilities can be paid. Add a module that if the rabies needs to be renewed that it cannot be paid online, similar to tax sale properties.

  3. Link Properties together

    We have a property that has multiple tax map numbers and addresses that i would like to link together. They are currently in our IPS system with 2 different street names. We would like them under 1 giant parcel without loosing data already entered.

  4. Report the meter reading code next to the usage on the Recent Activity tab

    On the Recent Activity tab, it would be helpful to see the meter reading code on the same screen as the usage without having to run a separate detail report to find out if the billed consumption was based on an actual or estimated meter reading.

  5. Budget Export/Import - One Fund at a Time

    Please allow us to Export/Import Budget by Fund. It would be so much easier to work with one and only one fund at a time. I see we can get a "section" of expenses, but not one whole fund.

  6. Limit the Posting Period by User

    Users sometimes post entries inadvertently to prior periods. This creates difficulties reconciling the current period. It also changes the financial records of prior months. Much time is usually spent trying to find and correct the periods. We would therefore like to restrict prior period posting, once a period is closed. Only the Accounting Manager or the CFO should have the ability to post to a prior period. Any entries that need to be made to a prior period would have to get the approval of the Accounting Manager or CFO.

  7. Allow multiple entries on BAS when entering a building permit (on the same screen)

    When we issue and enter a building permit that are 2, sometimes 3 fees associated with one license. The building permit fee, the certificate of occupancy fee and at times a late fee. We currently have to enter each of these separately and even though we can copy the record, we still need to assign an "a" and "b" to the license to the different amounts. We should have the ability to enter each of these amounts on the same screen under the same license entry.

  8. Multiple Names on Dogs

    It would be helpful to be able to enter more than one name in the dog owner module. We have several customers who own dogs jointly and want both names on the license. It is a chore to figure out how to do this using the current first, middle and last name of one owner.

  11. Requisition/PO Regulated Contract Limits

    As a government agency there are dollar caps by vendors or contract to limit the amount of money that can be spent in a calendar year. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-3(c) and 18A:18A-3(b). All vender limits are by default $17,500; currently. This limit can be increased through a QPA process, State Contract, or a COOP. Using a State Contract or a COOP allows this limit to be increased but the limit will apply to the Contract which usually includes multiple venders.   12. Change Direct deposit information in Time Entry Maintenance.

    In Time Entry Maintenance General, under Go to Direct deposit.
    The system looks like you can update or change the Direct deposit information but you can't . You can only delete it. I needed to change Prenote from Y to N during payroll and I had to delete the whole record and add the employees back in. I would like to be able to update the direct deposit during payroll processing if something comes in rather than having to recreate the entire payroll for that employee.

  13. Alpha order and not ID order

    In deduction/earning history report, Select sort sequence as Ded/Earn code. The sort should be Deduction and Earnings first, then last name, first name. Not Deduction and Earnings then Employee ID. These reports are used to send to vendors and Vendors need the Last Name, First name sorted. They don't use Employee ID for sorting. We don't use Employee ID for sorting.

  14. Under meter tab, create a "Service Type" drop down

    Could a drop down be created under the meter tab for "Service Type"? It's my understanding from our Water Dept that we have to track what service lines are copper, lead, etc.
    Currently I have been typing "Copper Service" into the Meter Description box because there isn't another space available. And it would be helpful to have an option to print a report to have listings of each service type or all accounts that are marked with the Service Type.

  15. Flag Active Duty Marriages on Reports

    Re; Marriages: when Active Duty is checked for either Party 1 or Party 2, fees are waived. Daily & Monthly Cash reports record the marriage license and reflect that no fees were collected. However, the Monthly Cash Report and Monthly Marriage Report do not flag the active duty marriage in any way so we still need to make a note outside BAS that an active duty marriage occurred to report to the state that although x marriages were recorded during the month, fees were only collected for y.

  16. Add Second Name to Personal Property Account

    As of right now the only way we have to determine if there is a second name on a personal property account is to look and see if there is a second social security number. Please look into adding the second name also when uploading tax files.

  17. Universal Notes

    Need a place (module) to put universal notes in that will pop-up in any module, by the common link of Dist/Account No. Currently notes in Tax Acct Maint, or Utility Accts, or Constr Permits, or Code Enforcement are not visible in the other modules. Right now we have a voided permit that was issued in a prior fiscal year. They won't get any refunds, but can retain the credit on this property only. When a new construction permit for this property gets applied for there is no flag to say "don't collect new fees - they already have credit". There…

  18. Meter Exception Report

    When running consecutive Estimates, there is option to specify 3 months. Can this option be added to other report types ie: Zero usage/No Readings. This would be helpful when running reports to determine which meters have zero readings for multiple months.

  19. First time user video

    We are using the Parks and Recreation software. We need a "first time user" video. That way we can just share the video to citizens who are signing up with us for the first time. A simple video that walks you through the process.

  20. Allow additional reports to export to Excel

    Allow additional reports to export to Excel such as the condensed version of "Purchase Order Status by Budget Account". Currently only the detailed version of the report exports.
