  1. Hate the issue date pop-up!

    Hate the issue date pop-up when printing a permit. Even worse is it's now a required field when processing a payment on the permit invoice. Permits are paid up front - not only when a permit is issued. After processing payment we have to go back to edit the permit and remove that date. I don't see how these things are supposed to make anything easier - it just gets annoying!

  2. AP PO numbers

    Would it be possible when you open AP / voucher purchase order quick entry and start entering your PO number the system will keep adding the next purchase order ID

    NOTE - we have 2 different PO numbers so it cant be set in the system but if the system would continue once you put the PO number you want to start with. that would be great

  3. personal property tax (VPPT)

    Updated reports for DELQ. It would be extremely useful to be able to add the option to generate reports and notices for just inactive accounts. Would like SSN included in the Delq report, this information can be used to look up where a former resident moved to in order to follow up with collection. The state also prefers SSN for debt set off, it allows us to claim all debt for a single individual and ensure accurate reporting.

  4. Search personal property by address

    It would be helpful if the address line was a searchable field. Occasionally other departments need to know who all lives in a household, and this would be the most accurate information we could provide if we could search by address. There are also tax addresses that do not have utility accounts (landlord paid), making this the only record of residency.

  5. check numbers on the Tracking ID report

    With the CARES Act grant application being compiled, we have to gather all of the purchase orders that are filed so that we can have them accompany the application. The only problem is that the tracking ID report does not have the option of requesting the check number to be on the report. Our Township files purchase orders by check number. This makes it difficult to gather all of the documents, a lot of manual work.

    Currently, all overtimes are lumped together in one bucket.

  7. WEBSITE QUESTION

    WEBSITE INFO SHOWS BILLED AMOUNT AS PAID - EVEN IF IT WAS PAID LATE WITH PENALTY. THE ACTUAL /TRUE AMOUNT WHEN PAID LATE SHOULD SHOW UP ON WEBSITE NOT THE BASE AMOUNT. THANK YOU.

  8. Multiple ebills to one email

    We have ratepayers with numerous accounts. They do not want 20 emails with one bill attached. We want to send all the bills attached to one email. At the very least 10 bills per email. Or a suggestion on how to do it without printing each one by one.

    Under Void payroll check routine the radio button to void and replace is there but, it's not a functionable process ?

  10. We would like an additional line for e-check payments so that customers are required to enter their information twice for verification.

    On the OLBP website, we would like another line added so that customers are required to enter their routing and account number twice when paying with a e-check.

  11. New Report - PO Listing with Detail Unit Price and Quantity

    I was trying to print a report on gas prices paid and there is not an existing report that will show the unit price and quantity in a purchase order report format. The only way to get that information is to access each PO individually and then manually create a report. We go through the process of inputting that information, it would be nice to be able to extract it.

    Allow Users to specify the refund amount on "Create Misc A/R Refund Payments". Currently, it refunds all or nothing. It would be beneficial if we were allowed to choose the refund amount as long as it is between $0 and the total amount available to be issued.

  14. Add invoice number to check register and check payment batch verifcation listing

    Please add the invoice number to the check register and check payment batch verification listing.
    I would like to be able to pull a check register and tell a vendor the invoices paid on that check.
    Adding the invoice number to the check payment batch verification listing would be a double check for accuracy.

  15. Attach back up to the budget transfers/amendments

    When entering budget transfers or amendments, it would be helpful to be able to attach documents. This would be helpful because it would allow other users to be able to look at the attachment to determine why the amendment or transfer was done.

  16. Attachments in Requisition and PO modules

    It would be very nice if an attachment in the Requisition Module would carry over to the PO Module. It can't be viewed in PO Module - you have to pull up the Requisition to view. It takes a lot longer because we have different people approving Reqs & P.Os. Thanks!!

  17. Blanket POs to list St. Contract No: Field for Threshold Counting

    Where a vendor has a blanket PO & multiple state and local contract where spending is both on and off contract throughout any given year, it’s challenging to total spending for threshold review. Allowing the St. Contract No: field as it’s entered on a requisition to appear on a PO detail report would allow one to see spending across a vendor and quickly see what is on and off contract.

    Per the attached image, we would like the St. Contract No: field data from the req and blanket to appear in a column for “Blanket Sub” rows on a PO…

  18. Notes/Correspondence tab

    We need a designated area to enter any correspondence from a property owner, tenant, etc that is not associated with any particular transaction for a parcel. Just an FYI for other employees to see and refer to when speaking with people.

  19. Finance Parameter E-Mail Address

    Allow multiple e-mail addresses to be used in the Finance Parameter Maintenance- A/P- General. It would be very helpful if we could use more than one e-mail. The e-mail field applies to purchasing and accounts payable transactions. Purchasing e-mails include internal e-mails to managers to approve requisitions or external when a purchase order is issued. Accounts payable e-mails go out when we issue a ACH payment to vendors. The confusion comes from where the e-mail is sent, since we can only use one address.
