  1. Create a way for applicants to fill out employment applications online and interface with MCSJ

    Create a way for applicants to fill out employment applications online, and allow the online applications automatically stored in the H.R. database under specific job postings. Applications should automatically purged on a specific date that would correlate with our records retention policy?

  3. Tax Sale Notice should print current tax interest if only sp. assessments are in sale

    When tax sale notices are printed, and no current tax is in sale, and only special assessments are in sale, no current tax interest prints on notice. This causes the taxpayer to pay less than what is actually due, unless they call in for up to date balances. Client as reference is Medford Township.

  6. Property Tax Delinquent Notices to exclude prior years

    Users such as South Boston, VA would like to have the ability to create delinquent notices for accounts that are only delinquent for the chosen year. These should not print for accounts that have a prior year delinquencies

  7. G/L Trial Balance

    Create a new "Report Type" titled "G/L Trial Balance Balance with Condensed Period Totals with Detailed Manual Entries". The report will provide most information necessary to prepare NJ audit report supplemental exhibit statements directly from the Edmunds general ledger. Please seek out feedback on this idea from NJ Auditors not part of the community forum.

  8. Custom Report Description

    On all custom reports (budget, revenue, employee listing, etc.) add 1 or 2 lines so the report preparer can enter a descriptive report title or identify what information is included in the report for the reader. (Edmunds currently has a similar line titled "custom report title" in the G/L>Financials>Balance Sheet/Income Statement report)

  9. I would love to see "Finance Parameters" allow varying # of budget segments depending on which fund (need more digits in Capital Fund)

    Would like this option - am happy with the length of budget account number segments with exception of capital accounts. System should provide flexibility to have certain funds deviate from the defaults created in parameters.

  10. Have ability to track refunds seperately instead of in regular balance screen.

    By having those credit balances in a seperate screen it makes it easier to give correct open balances (not a net total balance) to resdients calling for a total due.

  15. Have ability to enter alternate address for lien holders in maintenance.

    A number of lien holders have PO boxes; I require street addresses for 1099’s.
    It would be nice to have the ability to print from an alternate address.

  16. Add multi-year analysis to Income Statements similar to the Balance Sheet Comparison.

    Currently we can print a multi-year comparison for Balance Sheets. Make this feature available for the Income Statement also. This should be very helpful at budge time, so we can see what the revenue and expense stream looks like historically.

    After further consideration your suggestion was declined. Running the statement of revenue and expenditure report will allow you to view “Budget & Actual” for up to 5 years, This can not be done with the Income Statement because revenues and expense are eventually closed. The statement of revenues and expenditures is a great supplement to the Income statement and is very useful in determining your financial position for any given period or year.   18. Have option to include tax sale cost on Tax Delinquent Report

    This would work nicely when printing a Tax Delinquent Report by lienholder id prior to tax sale. Including the cost would give a more accurate balance due for payments and would avoid having to manually look up each tax sale record.

  20. Use employee's default hourly rates for an Earnings/Deductions code

    Currently for an Earnings/Deductions code you need to either have set rates for a code or in a few of our codes we have no rates because it is based on an employee's OT rate. I need to manually look up and enter their OT rate to calculate their pay for a code when I am doing their time entry. I would like to see an option to use an employee's default hourly rates (reg, OT rate 1, etc) when setting up a code.
