I think we have an option to handle this in MCSJ. I'll post back when I find out.

1. You may find the globe prenote update routine in Special Routines helpful. This routine could be run as part of the payroll process after a payroll run has been completed to update accounts that were just prenotes.
2. Good idea! I'm wondering if you could include the secondary entry for a new direct deposit as a zero amount when testing the prenote, then update the actual amount after the payroll run is complete to test the prenote?

Would this show on the Payroll Register report or Time entry listing?

I believe the finance cash receipts report shows payment batch totals by reference # and the date the batch was posted. See Finance > Revenue > Cash Receipts Report

I like the Supply Contract as an option because they are simple and easy to use. The Contract module is a bit more involved, but very effective. A State Contract can be added to either app and updated with a start/end date. If the end date or expiration date has passed the user will receive notification that the contract has expired when entering a PO or Requisition (Supply Contract Only). With Supply contracts you can assign vendors and record an unlimited number of State contract numbers.
For tracking Contract types you might find it helpful to scheme your Supply/Contract Id's so the are organized in this fashion.

Have you taken a look at the Custom Utility Report? On Page 3 of the report set-up screen you can change the report type to "Aging" and enter an as of date. Aging totals can be produced for Principal and Interest for each service type and filtered or sorted through EXCEL. Don't forget to save the report template so you can conveniently run it again.

Hi Terri. Are you aware that you can add premiums for employee and employer to the benefit maintenance area and set-up each employees plan on their employee maintenance screen? Additionally, you are able to track the employees cost and employers costs for each payroll using deduction/employer liability codes. This information can be shown on the deduction/earning history report or custom employee listing report. Options to run the report to excel or print to the screen are available.

As an option you could use the New Hire check list to create a field to track the Pensio Effective Date.
